    I like some of your overlay and background images; may be a good idea to offer a package of these images to the viewer.

    I loved this video and the birds. Where did you get the texture overlay. All the overlays I’ve looked at seem too much.

      Hi Shiann - So glad you enjoyed the video! I don't recall exactly which texture I used for this tutorial, but I have several that I've downloaded for free online. If you do a web search for free texture overlay you'll find many options to help build your collection.

    hi, Angela I love your video how can I added it the bird layer to my neo Luminary?..

    • @angandrieux

      Hi! I photographed the birds against a clear blue sky and then did a cutout in Photoshop to make the sky transparent then saved it as a PNG. I'll add this to the queue of videos I'd like to make in the future. For now, if you do a web search for free bird PNG you'll find hundreds (thousands?)!

    I like to do composites using my own images but often struggle at the final hurdle because the colours in the different layers don't match. Could you possible do videos on the best ways to correct this? Thanks

      Hi AJ - Thanks for the idea! I'll add your suggestion to my queue.

    I like all you did with your photo, but the birds ... do they really have to be there? They look unreal

    • @angandrieux
      @angandrieux  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I appreciate your perspective! Sure the birds could be removed, but the video was more about showing how elements could be combined with Luminar Neo. I like the overall results, but can see how the birds might be a step too far for some. Thanks for commenting!

      I agree, they kind of defeat the work you did with regard to the sun on the clouds. The birds would not just be silhouettes with sun like that. Beautiful work on the photo itself.

    I just hope y'all don't have a problem with Luminar Neo because getting help with customer service is impossible. Looks like I've lost about 200 bucks for dealing with a company out of America.

      Hi Steve - I'm sorry to hear that you've had a poor experience. They usually reply within 24 hours. Make sure you're emailing support@skylum.com or going through the web form at skylum.com/support.

      @@angandrieux Not when customer service won't answer for almost 3 days now. I paid with PayPal and filed a claim through them. I don't need this crap! Thanks

      Another thing I've found out is about 4 or 5 companies are involved from product to payment and is a perfect storm to leave everyone holding the bag one of these days and I think that's why there's no customer service. I have lost trust!

      @@kyslim111 I can understand that. In my experience, using a 3rd party payment (Paypal, ApplePay, etc.) can make things more complicated if you're seeking a refund or have a dispute. They sure are convenient for purchasing, though!
