Yes these r shami kababs. I followed the whole procedure but didn't add the reshay to the food processor because then they would've become minced meat any way
Why you call it RESHA kabab ? ............. when you break a fried kabab ..... I don't see any RESHA ( Fiber) in it ..... we can say it just a simple Channa DAAL kabab ofc ?
I think cause of Chana dal There is no Any Raisha remain after Choping. I heard from my elders if you Need Raisha in your Shami kabab you Should not Add Any Chana dal. Just Choped meat With Spices Except Dal,.,

good kebabs but we can not call it RESHA kabab ,,,,, as we don't see any resha in it when broken after fried ? resha means meat fibers ..... coming out when the kebab is broken and stretched apart ......

Tried them today with double recipe but didn’t turn out good. Its more like daal kebab than beef. Plus when I fry they soak too much oil.

These are shami kababs. For resha kabab we have to shred half of the meat and get it mixed altogether with grounded meat.
