logan, you should try this: boil the noodles alone first and remove them. then, add seasoning packets (i also like adding white onions and minced garlic to elevate flavor of the broth). pour the soup over the noodles and enjoy! this is if you dont like your noodles getting soggy and broth being too starchy but if not then ignore!
I cook mine in the broth but only for 3 mins instead of 4. That way it doesn’t over cook while you wait for it to cool down a bit. They stay nice and bouncy. And the flavour is so much better when they’re cooked in the broth.

Bone broth Shin Ramen is my favorite! I don’t have to add any extra flavorings. Just some meat or veggies and it’s so good already.
My son and I love poached eggs in our ramen like this. Green scallions freshens packaged soup. Try making it with homemade broth and you wont go back.
