Delicious Homemade Sausage Gravy

Sausage Gravy for Biscuits and Gravy
Ingredients:
1 lb - Pork Sausage (Jimmy Dean "Regular") Flavor or Any Brand You Like
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Onion Powder
16 oz. - Half & Half
32 oz. - Whole Milk (or more depending on how much gravy you want to make)
2 Tbs - rendered fat from browned sausage
5 heaping teaspoons Corn Starch plus about another 1/2 cup milk to mix
