Back in the day, Canada had cable channels - Teletoon Retro as well as a French version of Teletoon Retro. Both ran Hercules. Problem was, Teletoon Retro didn't run all the episodes and Teletoon Retro French only ran season One, however, they ran episodes the English channel didn't. I digitally recorded the French versions, and-using old videotape audio from English versions I'd recorded 15+ years earlier, I synced the audio together. As well, I punched up the video color and brightness a bit. So, that's what you have here on the "Remastered" episodes I've posted. They were all done that way.
Glad you enjoyed it. I'm still looking for them all. The station that's been running it in Canada doesn't run all the episodes. Still baffles me why they don't.
My brother and I saw Herc Newt and that other little boy creature in the 60's. Our favorite and so much detail in the skits. We truly loved it. Memories galore💞💞💞
Thanks for keeping the original intro and outtro in the cut. It's disappointing that so many of these have been posted, and only one or two have the rousing score at beginning and end.
You would think that if Zues were to give his son Hercules a ring that would grant him his powers while he is on the mortal plain that the ring would be the right size for his finger so that in this instance the ring wouldn't slip off his finger while kicking sorcerer butt?!
Nice to see "Azriel" with a different villain. ..................................... .......................... ................. ...if the suspenders was killing you, remember "Gargamel from the "Smurfs".
now as all the heroic days of deeds are said and done, where in the hell Hercules is to fly away throughout the heavenly skies? going throughout the galaxy in space?
I find the way they drew Daedalus got me a bit frightened whereas the later eps, he looks not too scary. Just skinny and clothing looking tighter while being a bit goofy. :)
No need to kill Hercules when you have the chance to. No you should just walk away leave him alone and hope that he will still be there when you return to kill him later on.
I was born in 68 so I never really watched this but I was curious so I clicked. but damn, that was rough to watch with the centaur's annoying voice and repeating everything. lol.
I was born in 66. Since this was considered Canadian Content, it got played in Canada off and on for Daedalus was voiced by the same voice actor who portrayed Popeye in the early cartoons. The show holds a soft spot for with a lot of us because we saw it so much.
@@MrStereo10I understand the nostalgia. And annoying shit is much better tolerated by children. But how do you feel about the voice and repetitive talk now lol?
The way he ate that fruit. 😂😂😂😂

In the early 80s, this used to be on Global in the morning. Hearing the theme song, I still feel like I have to get ready for school.
This is one of the two earliest cartoons I can remember watching as a kid. The other being "Deputy Dawg".
R.I.P. Johnny Nash- singer of this theme song.
childhood memories never die.thanks again
This is a gem.I haven't seen this in forty years.thanks for posting.

Thank you for posting these episodes! Love them and they brings back memories...

Johnny Nash sage the theme. He had a couple of big hits in his day. "Hold Me Tight" and I Can See Clearly Now" were his. Just passed away recently.
Johnny Nash singing that theme song is awesome. Wow!!!
here comes the hero of our lives. he is here to save the day. the miiiiiighyyyyyyy, herrrrrrrrcuuuuuleeeeeeeeeeeeeessssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks haven't seen this since I was living in Philly and that was 1973 dang thanks for posting
What's sad Is that all that's been released is a 20 episode DVD-which is already out of print. There were upwards of 130+ episodes.

Hercules - he looks just like Superman
Hercules - his partner will say it again
With a magic ring
A song will I sing
He's the mighty - Hercules
I can remember watching this while eating sunday dinner god love the memories
My dad always said the bigger you are the harder you fall so true.
That wizard is always up to something but at the end when he looked with Newton he was probably thinking yeah yeah
Some people had superheroes. They weren’t enough for me. I had to fantasize about deities. Lol
Daedalus lives in the Learnian Forest, but he never learns. What a dumbass.
He was in this one. Daedalus could have really beaten Hercules forever by holding on to the ring. Or better still crushing it. But no!
Hey, Daedalus, since you had to eat the fruit why did your clothes get giant size too?
so why didn't newton put the ring on and clobber crustybeard himself.
Daedalus made the classic villain mistake the same mistake Dr. Evil always made.
I can appreciate Greek Mythology even when it's not accurate whatsoever. It's just nice to see if done in the first place.
One asks themselves many questions while watching a Hercules cartoon.
Hehe, at least there are questions - compared to the empty head space that Spongebob Squarepants brings ;)
Hercules looks more like Superman in a different costume.
Sups in a toga. That's it. :)
What people don't seem to understand is that this is all pre flood world history put in the form of animation. In short, Greek mythology is all true.
Notice how he looks just like Superman

Jonny Mathias sings the theme😂
Johnny Nash. Does sound like Johnny Mathis though
@mrbrockpeters Yes. In '72 he had a big hit with "I Can See Clearly Now."
@@magistrumartium he also discovered Bob Marley

That’s wrong. He can’t breathe in space
My Hero OLYMPIYAAAAAAAAAAA
alto es daedalus

Daedalus was an asshole.
No kidding. He totally wasted that fruit, he hary ate any of it.
No need to kill Hercules when you have the chance to. No you should just walk away leave him alone and hope that he will still be there when you return to kill him later on.
And set the ring down in front of him instead of chucking it into the forest.

You’re right, copplor ,…you’re right!…hehehehehehehhehe.
Daedalus is an a-hole.
"Remastered" = too much blue in the picture.
Everyone's a critic.
As Seen on WGN-TV's Bozo's Circus
Daedalus is incredibly stupid
yay😅
