Camera and Audio Setup for Adventure Riding Videos - KISS

Many people have asked me what camera and microphone setup I use to record my adventure riding videos. So this is a short explanation of my setup.
My rule is to keep it very simple. That way it is quick and easy to use so you capture the footage. It is no use having fancy equipment that takes too long to set up. You'll miss the photo opportunity.
The camera mounting clip I use is a Dango Design Gripper Mount
The camera is a GoPro Hero 9
