Update:after 1month I sent it to their mumbai service center,they agreed for replacement, but the replacement they sent me one side pods is detached 😬😅

Guys instead of this use cotton also at between the broken ends and then apply fevikwik on it
It's an exothermic reaction so don't worry but it will definitely gife your headphones good strength

Aise me aapka headphone Pehle ke tarah adjustable v rahega aur normally use v kr paoge. Pr ek bat ka Dhyaan rakhna ki pehente ya utarte time thoda careful rehna warna screw ke Paas Se Crack v ho skta hai.

Go to boat web site, register for warranty, and mail them about ur problem.
It shud be within warranty period

I know this thread is older but I hope it help some one, I have same problem and I apply fevi Kwik on broken Parth and than pull it back to gather and for more safety I use sellotape and left for few hours.
