Linkin Park is generic as hell, from the standpoint of an actual musician. They are NOT the same as the Deftones. You're too cringe for words, kid. The Deftones might not be the greatest individual instrumentalists, but they write far more interesting music for myself and many other musicians that I know. Chester was a nice guy, I'll give him that, but Linkin Park was nothing special.
I love how the “guns, razors, knives” part sounds different every time. Other than the “woooo!” part, it’s not just copy and paste. Very creative choice

The breakdown at 2:40 really got me to love this song.. Not that I didn't before because, it's freakin' Deftones. But now it's one of my favorites from them.
Its amazing to see people mention so many different Deftones albums as their favourites. Just goes to show how amazingly diverse they are and how well Deftones are able to influence everyone in their own way. They hit everyone differently. For me, this has to be my favourite. I found this song here when I was 15 and didn't realise music could be so perfect in a collective album. It was the greatest thing I've ever heard and still is my favourite album and now listening to it for half my life haha.

They are the only band I ever choose to play loud anywhere regardless of the type of people I with. For me, Deftones is like the 0 negative blood type, It's just compatible with everybody I know, works in every scenario. Also, somehow they manage to make timeless sounds. It's just does not age. It always sounds fresh to me.

What I find insane is, that my brother got me into Deftones in 2004. Love all their albums, seen them live a few times BUT when they posted this song online February 2010 it instantly became my favourite song of theirs...almost 2 years on and I can still put this on repeat and throw myself across my room shouting the lyrics.
