His rocking chair really helped him, especially with his chronic backaches. He also managed to fight off many health problems because he really exercised hard and watched his diet.
I think by this time he was taking better care of his back like doing water treatments mix heat treatments and massages and not solely relying on drugs

The day Jfk was shot the first time....it was discovered that the brace he had on his back kept him from falling into his wife's lap hence....The Head Shot!...
His brace is what actually prevented him from falling forward. Had it not been on he could’ve survived the first shot and fallen on the floor or his wife’s lap as you stated. Very sad

Home movies back then didn't have sound! 🙄 Just being able to take home movies was considered amazing. Few families had movie cameras in 1963. The cameras, film and developing were fairly expensive. And then you also had to buy a projector and a roll-up screen on a stand to view them!
