note: that the high damage is from amps(escalations) so dont get too hyped, if you're just looking for a build compare it to the hunting grounds gamaplay

First question: No in my opinion pulse is better with strikers if you can use it.
And the second one: Because overpower's damage is nerfed. But i think it is still usable
