Hello! I want to use the 13s version of the balancer on a 10s battery. I soldered only 11 wires on the battery, last 3 remained disconected.
The module don't turn on when I connect the plug to the modem.
I measure the voltage on the samples wires.
Notice that is the first use of the module.
Can you help me with this?

Hi, thanks for your asking. At first, the active balancer can not use for multiple strings. For example 13S only use for 13S battery. But if you want to use it ,please email to [e-mail]. Then I will help you to solve this problem.

4s to 20s active smart module can it be used from 4s pack to 20s? or only for 20s?

Hello, this is an active balancer, not a BMS. It does not have Wifi communication. So it can only connect the Bluetooth module.

Can I use this product at 16s diy lipofe4 battery? I want it only for balance the cells.
I don't install bms.
I want the output from the battery positive and negative.
Just for balance.

Hello , you can use this balancer without BMS. But this one just can balancing as you said, it don't have protection function.

I ordered this product and it will arrive soon. Can I have the 100balance BMS installed and connected to the lithium battery permanently active, then recharging the battery (72V 40AH Lithium-ion) on a regular basis? If the battery is not recharging, will this device drain the battery?

Yes, you can do that . The BMS's working power consumption is less than 1W and sleep current is less than 1.5mA. You need to recharging the battery on a regular basis. Thanks.

I got it, I connected 20 blue wires to string 1 to string 20, these wires are connected to a BMS too. I tested each port of the blue wires, voltage was detected S1=3.73 S2=7.46…S19=71.3 S20=75. After connecting to the balancer the green light indicator is off never turned on, the BMS is working fine, the battery was charging fine. Is the device I got defective or do I need to do something first. I tried unplugging and plugging the two ports of the balancer, no change…also waited for several minutes plugged in, no change. What’s wrong with this device?

Does it have to have 24 strings active to work? My lithium battery only has 20 strings. I got the 24S balancer version.

@@KO777MV Oh , maybe that is the problem. the active balancer is different with BMS ,it can not apply to multiple strings. You need to choose 20S if your battery is 20S. Thanks.

I have installed the 100 Balance BMS on a 16S Li-Ion pack.
I get 2 status information messages:
•Cell volt high level 1
•Disconnect MOS with GPS or soft switch
What are these errors? Are they of any concern???

What' is the problem of my 100 balance bms 24s it's 72 volts when I check the the 24 string it accurate but in the Bluetooth screen only 42volts what is the problem?
