The sense of both personal and social freedom has been brought to Central and Easter Europe through Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth opposing domination of Moscovites/Russia and its disregard of any freedom personal/social or German domination... That is the main legacy of the country, which was not perfect and destroyed by the tyrannies of East and West and its own inability to improve.
