In Google Sheets, the pivot table layout doesn't natively allow you to directly move the Grand Total column to a different position, like making it the second column instead of its default right-most position. The pivot table's design is somewhat rigid in that way, focusing on summarizing data with totals typically appearing to the right or bottom of the table. However, there are a couple of workarounds you can consider: Manual Copy-Paste or using a QUERY or Array Formula. Hope this helps.
