.there was no reasson to assume he had it...went untreated for a long time ..
Also , from the day you get infected with the HIV Virus, it takes 3 Months untill you can test it and get positive result . Otherwise it wont show up on the test.
If you have sex with somebody and the condom breaks ect. and this person has HIV, you have to make a blood dialysis immediately, it can help from spreading the Virus in your system and get infected.

He was a bit drunk, at a moment he and the interviewer talked about a bullet proof vest, Suge said many many things, he talks about people getting payed for giving contaminated blood, he explains the whole process about infecting someone cause nowadays you shoot someone you get 20 years but if you shoot someone with an infected needle you can't get caught , he named that thing : "That's a slow down, that Easy-E thing, "k'now what a mean" The way he said it and the smile on hes face says it all even the interviewer was in shock, the only respond was an "oh no!!!"...

Part of his point is wrong tho-- even if you got HIV from a needle, the period of incubation and infection would be the same. Eazy likely had it for years before he died. There were also many cases of folks dying very quickly once their HIV progressed to AIDS. Not everyone lived with it for 10 years.
