I love seeing how dad watches his daughter to see her reactions. Super cute. Also one of my all time favourite songs. Still get goosebumps every time 👌
Great reaction! To better understand the video here is some rare facts: There is a correlation between "The Black Parade" and the actor in the music video Lukas Daniel Haas. In 1989 actor Lukas was in a film named "The Ryan White Story," a real life story of Ryan White a teenage boy, who "became a national poster child for HIV/AIDS in the United States after failing to be re-admitted to school following a diagnosis of AIDS."
Wow. Your daughter is cute, she actually listens to the lyrics, and she does her own investigating about the song after she hears it. My daughters are like "yeah, that was a good song", and then they walk away. You sir, are lucky, and you are parenting correctly.
The entire album is about death and dealing with grief. The Way brothers had recently lost their grandmother when they wrote the music, so this album was about dealing with her passing. The video shows a gmail dying and crossing over into the afterlife where he joins the Black Parade that was coming to meet him.
@@SilverAndCold i think the story goes a mother met Gerard Way at a comicon and told him about her daughter who was a huge fan of theirs and wanted to meet him but was sick in the hospital and had a failing kidney... so if that's true, not really a lucky fan if u know what i mean.
The Black Parade is a rock opera centering around the character of "The Patient". It is about his passage out of life and the memories he has of it. "The Patient" dies and death comes for him in the form of a parade. This is based on singer Gerard Way's notion of death appearing to a person in the form of their fondest memory, in this case seeing a marching band as a child.
The amount of reactions to my chemical romance that I have been watching cannot be healthy
I'm right there with you, man.

RULE WHEN LISTENING TO THIS SONG, NEVER SHUT IT OFF BEFORE THE FINAL DRUM SOLO IS DONE, YOU HAVE TO LET THAT FINAL DRUM SOLO FINISH
I love this reaction.
One of the first I ever watched.
I thought I was subscribed to y'all. Fixed. Love the father daughter connection.
This whole album is great
This Is How I Disappear, and I'm Not Okay (I promise) are amazing songs too. :)
The Black Parade is the best rock album of all time
Silly
That’s arguable, but as far as concept albums go, it’s up there. Queensryche’s Operation Mindcrime is much better.

"The Light Behind Your Eyes" is good. Wrote for a sick fan. It is a slower song than most of theirs.
Who was the fan it was written for? They're so lucky

@@myTERAexperience Yeah I get it. Do you know if she lived?

One of the best My Chemical Romance performances of the Black Parade!!!
An amazing band.
Hey barbara-ivos next reaction video please
You are correct. The beginning is about the death of the man. The black parade is the funeral procession. Your memory will carry on.
I think it was "Ghost of you" then "Black Parade" for a small story going on in the music video
One of the best song. 🖤🔥
Keep safe too.
