Have you looked at 16176 Matthew Court Lake Oswego? Very nice, close to the lake and on a nice quiet cul de sac.
Hi, yes I've looked at Matthew Court, great home and location. They just lowered the price, needs a little updating but great price and location. It has a lake easement which is nice to have if you want lake access.

Aside from interest rates how much of the slowing economy (and the home price spikes of the last two years) are effecting home interest?
I think interest rates being high is the main factor right now, second would be higher home prices.
