I don't mind any mic setup you guys for, as long as you're comfortable since some mics can be heavy. I really like the second house! Also cool transition there with Matt and Seth between the houses!

Personally think the lapel lav mics are better. The hand held mic looks a bit dated/old fashioned, restricted your ability to as easily be expressive when demonstrating the property and actually, the sound quality wasn’t improved. Not to my ear at least.
