Nice video and awesome plant🙂!!! I several of these both green and variegated. I found the variegation in the beginning would bounce back after a leaf or two. Ends up looking extremely stunning I found . Not sure if you tried putting this your water 20 mins before adding nutrients: monosilic acid (not potassium) it helps keep the variegation and stops/prevents it from browning. And of course more light than green plants. 🌱. Once again , awesome video!

I have the green form and even that is not easy to propagate for me, I love the texture of the leaves, it feels and looks artificial, so beautiful

I have trouble propagating the regular one and it's the only plant I have trouble propagating.
