Henok, the general didn’t answer your question regarding the flight of Eritrean Generals to Europe rather than challenging the system by mobilizing the Eritrean young as in Tigrai, by reducing it to his personal injuries and differences in the skin colors of siblings. I think, the main problem in Eritrean is the time scale. In Eritrea, the cruelties took over 25-30 years, while that of Tigrai took over a short period of time- under 3 years. The other is the intensity of the cruelty. The other is the mission of the war. In Tigrai, it is to exterminate Tegaru while in a Eritrea, it is a power struggle and the effect of totalitarian regime. This is by Eritreans against Eritreans. I guess these are some of the issues.
