Im doing cpp coilovers and the big brake kit on my 72' c10. What are the wheels and tires on this truck? Will they fit the coilover suspension?

Awesome nice first truck to have all fixed to drive it around, I had to buy a old car off my dad as my first car but it's what I learned to fix and drive it, but now learning the new fuel injecting car's, but rather have a carburetor old school car which I will get later on when I can 👍🏾🤙🏼
