Porphyrias(Heme Metsbolism)

Porphyrias are the group of disorders in heme metabolism.
classified into hepatic and erythropoietic types.
Six disorders are there.five comes under dominant and one is recessive condition.
photosensitivity, abdominal pain,Vomiting and neuropsychiatric manifestations are common.
