sir at 33:18 shouldn't it be HSL(hormone stimulating lipase) rather than LPL(lipoprotein lipase)
coz LPL is there on endothelium for conversion of chylomicron and VLDL into remnants????

Sir why do we need to check urine for ketones, suppose we have hyperglycemia and acidosis in abg then whether it is diabetic non ketotic acidosis or diabetic ketoacidosis, in both isn't the treatment same?

No treatment will not be the same. Other acidosis reasons can be high levels of co2
