I really love how his songs change what your expecting in the structure of the song. Honestly it’s so hard to expect anything specific from Kim Dracula haha. I love it.
This is literally the first time im actually hearing this dude/band. And damn, lol i honestly wasn't expecting to like it. But as far as your comment goes; it reminded me that I was originally going to say he's basically doing everything Ronnie/Falling pretend to do. Switching genres and sound seemlessly, but it actually sounds good. And no, I'm not saying Kim Dracula is an amazing rapper by any means(talented, for sure) but even then, I wouldn't ever mention Ronnie's name in the same sentence when talking about rapping abilities.. lol it's quite clear Kim has actually spent time in life listening to the genre.. But anyways haha,
Kim Dracula started as a drummer at age 12/13 mega talented!!! A prodigy for sure!!! I always knew this day was coming for him. Congrats Sam!!! If you are reading!!!!
@@vlaszhdanov9688 dear, that is me and I’m definitely a girl. I created and am the founder of Kim Dracula. Salt Lake City, Ut. But thanks for the unwarranted advice! Always appreciate it.
Mike Patton's sound is all over this. Giving me Mr. Bungle vibes, Goodbye Sober Day or The Godfather songs. Highly recommend checking them out if you like something different like this.
Love the reaction! When I first saw the video Make me Famous I knew Kim was going to make it. Love the way he goes from one style to the other almost seamlessly. I like the odd combination of instruments with the brass, flute etc he incorporates in music you wouldn't expect it ever working with the metal/rock but it does.
I am almost positive he is playing everything in these songs. I’ve seen multiple people saying he’s an industry plant and I get it but at the same time I don’t. He obviously can play and sing very well, he is abnormally creative, and really one of the most original charismatic rock/metal acts we’ve seen in a while, not to mention very marketable. So to me, that Columbia deal makes a lot of sense and it’s obviously working very successfully. Btw, these live shows are going to be nuts haha. Thanks for the reaction!
Who the heck said Kim's an industry plant? He was doing covers of popular songs on TikTok for years before this and you could tell he's just a normal dude in his bedroom. You could tell his early music was not professionally mixed. He was in a band called Jesterpose before this and has videos performing with them. His success seems very organic. I've been following him for 3 years and don't get industry plant vibes at all. That's people who pop out of nowhere with no existing fan base and no followers, but already have a polished image and a professionally mixed hit song, but no history of prior music experience. I feel Kim worked so hard to get here and I'm so excited for him. Watching him go from random TikToker on his way to a rockstar has been awesome.
@@SM-gt9vg This is how people are. They see someone seemingly come out of nowhere and think they are a plant because of it... they don't realize the time put in outside of teh spotlight. I love how Kim plays with every genre. He and his band are just so damn talented. He even did a song with Tech N9ne. N I love it. Drown is hands down my favorite Dracula song. 🤘🤘
Apparently Samuel (Kim Dracula) started out as a drummer. The guy is just insanely talented and is poised to take over the world. Anyway, another mini-masterpiece from Kimmy D

"Holy guacafuck shit" is in itself a brilliant expletive (thank you for that) and also the way it mixes stuff you wouldn't expect to work sums up some of the awesomeness of Kim. Some of the best music I've heard in fuck knows how long and Jonathan Davis too, me a happy bunny
I sadly just can’t get into Kim Dracula no matter how hard I try, but I appreciate the existence of the band, I like the style, very interesting and different.
Omg I LOVE Kim soooo much!!! Best thing to happen to music in years!!!! The man has mad fucking talent!!!!!! Listen to 1-800-close-ur-eyes if you haven't yet
At first it was too strange for me... Then it just came into my mind that this song is a fckin bonkers, and now i love it for the second time i hear it. Great madness!
Bro......CHILLS. First heavy band I've ever heard, & btw Kim is on tech n9nes new single "W H A T (we're hungry & thirsty)" from the Bliss album coming 7/28
Crazy. One of my old Songs called "Seven Gates". His Song "seventy thorns". I make black metal. He have black metal paint now. In one of my songs my vocals are with a hack effect. He have a hack effect, too. My new song called "I am your King". He get a crown at the end of your clip. I have trumpets in my songs. He too I think we have some similar ideas. The music is really different. But the thinking is in a lot of things similar.
From Japan there is a flood of new Art in Metal like Hanabie but in the West there are just blinding single Spots of fresh stuff like Kim or brutal like Slaughter To Prevail.....it`s time to get wilder!
I was kinda expecting more and definitely craving more especially after Make Me Famous! Don't get me wrong tho, absolutely love this! Clearly Korn wasn't the highlight, I actually thought we'd get more beat box from Davis tho.. Definitely my favorite artist from 2022, can't wait for the album? When he said he’s bring the korn I got more of a disturbed vibe sounded more like David draiman than Jonathan but still a great song and I love Kim’s 80s scream 🤘🏻

Hey ohrion dexcore put out a new song you gotta check out
you should react to Kill or Be Killed by Spite :)
It sounded like Cypress Hill at the beginning...the bassline from Lick a Shit me thinks
Kim Dracula = Korn, Orbit Culture = Metallica, Lamb of God = Pantera, Slaughter to Prevail = Slipknot! What a time to be alive!!!
I really love how his songs change what your expecting in the structure of the song. Honestly it’s so hard to expect anything specific from Kim Dracula haha. I love it.
This is a great song even with lead singer of Korn I was not expecting this plus luv ur pic bro Samurai all the way
Yes and he also super satanic... just dont hear his music while on acid

Kim Dracula ft Jonathan Davis(🐐) is a collab I never knew I needed. This song goes hard as fuck.
Fax bro I never would've expected this

@@williamsummerson1204 🤘
In my opinion what cemented Kim's talent is knowing that it was Jonathan's idea to do this collab and he was the one who reached out to do this
I know it was Jonathan's idea. He knows talent when he sees it.

When it comes to song structures, this reminds me of the Japanese band AILIPH DOEPA. Love it!
I totally agree - I think Kim was inspired by Japanese theatrical metal (somewhat)

Kim Dracula and JD... it's like my dream come true. And Kim Dracula is from my home town too, so it makes me extra proud :D
