@@alani3992he Christian missionaries, and Bengali refugees + illegal immigrants, have pretty much destroyed those states having done more than enough damage. Hopefully India can help them restore their languages and their ancient cultures.

My fiancee is from Tura, Meghalaya. I've been to Meghalaya many many times. I can tell you Meghalaya is one of most beautiful state in the country. People are nice, great food (Pork dishes, Chicken Khappa) and cheap alcohol. I made few friends in Meghalaya so i get to see some amazing offbeat places that outsiders dont actually visit. Like Balpakram National Park

@19:00 Oh Pierre! The little teal pool and stream on the top were as enchanting as the waterfall! So delightful! I also want to thank the wonderful people who decided to build the stairs all the way down to the captivating, hidden waterfall. The off-roading reminded me of your scooter ride in Thailand when you and Saliha fell down. I am happy, no such adventures here, the unpaved path was kind to you. But why didn't you film while climbing the stairs back up or while making it back to the main road? Did you struggle due to your leg? Your longer, candid vlogs are a lot of fun too! Don't abandon that format, please.

I also hope u tasted d local authentic food, one of d best thing abt NE along with gorgeous nature is d incredibly diverse indigenous/tribal cultures & their uniquely delicious cuisines/dishes.
