    when you mentioned about 'Hybrid model where you get paid per conversion also' - How do you know if the lead converted? Is this is something you get from the client? If yes, what if the client is not transparent? Thanks.

      You would normally get access to their CRM to see just your leads. Here you would see if any converted.

    What would you consider to be an appropriate amount of working capital for start-up costs and the anticipated number of months of operations until the business is self-sustaining?

      Kevin we use other people’s money for test phase. Other costs include some envelopes, stamps, a landing page builder (we use unbounce) and some quiz software (we use leadshook). Apart from that nothing

    How do you track the leads to see which ones actually bought product or service from a client ?

    • @Flexxable
      @Flexxable  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We sometimes get access to their CRM. Other times we get weekly reports. They are usually very transparent with their numbers

    If the leads are warm or hot why not charge 5 or 10 percent of AOV ? Ex: if they make $5,000 from a lead and you ask for $500 per lead or even $250. If the lead is very good they would still make out well in profit vs cost. Also in the US, they write off the cost of marketing as an expense.

      You could do this, but you would need to know your numbers and know the leads convert. The numbers we give are a general guideline.
