Hi. This happened to me today. This is 8/9/2023 and I heard of him for the first time today doing some other song on Tik Tok. When I came to TH-cam to find the full version, I found him singing Bonnie Raitt's "I Can't Make You Love Me." This is not an Adele song - it's a Bonnie Raitt original.
It's been said but want to repeat, my girl Bonnie Raitt was the first one to kill this song. Her version makes you weep. Teddy does a magnificent job as well.
If you aren't moved to tears or at least to the verge while listening to this, you just might be a walking corpse. Teddy Swims is a beautiful gift to those who have soul in their soul💜

Holy love songs, Batman!! I stopped the video right after he started singing (along with you) just to catch my breath. I rarely do that, rarely does an artist get to me quite like this one did. In the beginning his voice is so crystal clear and smooth. And then it got raspy and textured... back to the smooth and then back to the raspiness. Wow what a ride! This guy was incredible! He did do a cover of an Adele song which was "Make You Feel My Love", however this song was originally performed by Bonnie Raitt and it was a huge success for her. When I first heard of Teddy it was from a cover he did from a Bill Withers song "Use Me". Withers just passed away and he tributed his version of the song to him. Then the other day this song came my way and I've been body-slammed ever since. Check out his other covers.
