Love this grouse inspired series. You’ve got a real talent to provide us with these exercises that can pack so much within such relatively small movements. Thank you. This one helped soften my forehead too. Will be nice to have something to counterbalance the lines that are starting to form there from persistent headache.
What a wonderful way to find ease in the neck! Thank you! I'm on my first year of Feldenkrais studies in Sweden so I'm just curious, is the lesson called Seated Sacred Cross in the Feldenkrais material? I want to dig deeper 😍
I have so much pain on my traps/shoulders/scapulas. Had to take painkillers even though I do certain stretches and try to eat anti-inflammatory foods. This exercise felt good. I will try doing it again a bit later.
awesome
We are so lucky to have you! All your good ideas. A true asset to the Feldenkrais method. Thank you
That is sweet Russell. Thanks for this message.

You are welcome. It's my own lesson inspired by the Grouse bird.

That's great to hear-- go gently with this and you can check out other lessons on playlists.
