I own the whole Nasomatto line, they're all long lasting, elegant frags. Pardon is probably the best, then Baraonda and a tie with Blamage and Fantomas for me. Absinth is very nice too but the others for me are just a step up.
I've had samples of Black Afgano; Pardon; Duro, and Absinth. Liked them all, and it happens that Absinth is the only one I have any left - going to wear it today 👍
Hi Ash, I love that you are doing these 'extra' videos. I know that they might not be drawing the amount of views the lists get, but as a 'halo' it is very good!
I have also wanted this for a while. I am a fan of Pardon, and I love absinthe and similar flavored drinks. I was surprised you reviewed this, but glad you did. Thanks.
I am also a massive fan of aromatic, herbal, green fragrances. I think it is an extremely underrated scent category. I bet i would love this fragrance.
Blind bought this one second hand for a good price a few years ago, the seller probably mixed the cap with the Hindu Grass one though. 😅 I didn't like it right away but it ended up growing on me ! Quite unusual, something funky about it in the opening as you said... I also remember some sweetness in the dry down. I'm moving out and it's in a box somewhere... but I'll try to find it, I feel like wearing it now. 😁
I absolutely love Nasamatto fragrances, I have pardon and barronda and black afgano I need to get my nose on this stuff and see if I should get me a bottle
Been curious to try absinthe colognes for a while, such as By Kilian L'Heure Vert. This review picked my interest of the Nasomatto brand as well; the Pardon fragrance sound very appealing on paper (on screen?), and Blamage too...
Not a Wormwood fan, and I don’t quite trust many scents from Nasomatto. Only scent I loved and actually own is Pardon, which I sampled beforehand. The house itself commands a luxury price, but their scents aren’t easy to wear.
Absinth the drink ingredients made people go mad. I'm wondering if it's going to be a complimentary grabber that makes people go mad? In a good way of course 🙂
My opinion: I think the concept of Nasomatto is great, looks good, smells good but in my opinion abit overpriced for the amount you get. All in all i respect the brand but personally i would not buy it
I've own this for about 2 yrs now. I have not found a occasion to wear this and don't think I ever will. It's smells like a old dusty alcoholic beverage. Very eccentric, not for everyone.
30ml for so much money is always a bad deal. I don't care if it's extrait, the performance on these is the same as an edp. Admittedly some of this range are really nice, but the value for money is really, really poor.
I own the whole line, most of them last 10-12+ hours with 2 sprays. 1oz of this is equal to a 3.4 oz bottle of others since you tend to spray at least 4-8 times. To each their own.
@@anson5581 You are very lucky. I wish I had your skin type. I had Black Afgano, Pardon, Absinth & Duro and only got around 5 hours each. Baraonda was an exception though, I got about 8 hours on that one.
30ml of Baraonda would last me absolutely forever, I only need one spray and even that feels like too much. 😂 They are pricey at retail, but as Ash said, you can find them for much prices if you keep your eyes out.

Cool brand, gonna try to smell a few of these.

Great impressions Ash. Haven't smelled this one myself, but I'm certainly a fan of Alessandro's work. Iconic presentation.

I see you with that CDG Ash!! lookin good

As if Ash was reading my mind! Just lately I have been tempted to pick up a Nasomatto fragrance I happen to like the most.
I can’t wait to pick up any Nasomatto. I’ve tried Black Afgano and fell in love. I’m definitely going to buy some of them in the near future

You should try out Rook perfumes Undergrowth or Forest....both are amazing.... all Rook fragrances are class!
Ok, now do Viride. It's the best green fragrance by Alessandro Gualtieri, in my humble opinion
Great first impressions video and I enjoyed it and can you do a full review when you test it out and have a blessed night

the artwork on the bottle looks like a character from "argh! real monsters"

how different is between baraonda and pardon? I own baraonda, love the rosey chocolately dry wood.
Have you ever tried Armani mania?
Curious what your take on Baraonda is? 🤔
Is this the only Nasomatto fragrance Ash has reviewed?
Great video, I already know it 💯
Occasionally I give my self a spray to the wrist when I'm drinking an old fashion🥃
Wonder how it compares to Kilian L'heure Verte.
Please do a review on montal Arabians tonka
How does Funk smell??
Not gonna lie Ash. I clicked away and I could have sworn you said "Estrogen Scents" instead of Extra Gent Scents. lolol not I can't unhear it.
L'heur Verte? Sounds like it.
