My brother lives on the north side in sunny mead ranch of Moreno Valley. The wild Donkeys are his biggest complaint. Not only because they eat his grass, but because it gets foggy up there and people crash into them with their cars. His daughter Inlaw hit one, thankfully no major damage or harm to the donkey. Other than that…he really likes it.
@@JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor keep those videos coming. I’m a real estate investor and landlord. I follow a lot of real estate channels. I really appreciate the research you do on our local cities. Great energy and the funny clips from movie scenes are spot on. I can’t figure out why you’re not over 100k followers. It would also be helpful if you can talk more about housing population, human population, industry, projected growth, housing demand, and if there are future plans in the works…such as a big development, shopping center, hospital or even an airport. These are the types of things I look into before investing in an area. If I do own that area, what the future of my rentals is looking like. Thanks again and keep up the great work! Tho
@buildingbuildercip8292 first I appreciate that.. I'm definitely still working on growing those followers 😀 With that said though I can try to work on more things like that.
Supposedly Roger Reaves said in an interview that he invested drug money to develop the land of Moreno Valley. He was one of Pablo Escobar's drug mule airplane pilots. I only know of MV because it's the last town before hwy 60 connects to the 10. Once saw a yellow Freightliner 18 wheeler flip on it's side in the curvy hills of the Hwy 60.
I wasn't aware of that history with Moreno Valley, you learn something new every day. You're right about the freeway though, the 60 freeway going east connecting to the 10 freeway definitely has some curves.
I remember looking at a 9 bedroom model home in Moreno Valley. We got lost coming back to Anaheim. We said forget it. Couldn't figure how to get back on the freeway to OC. Moved to Fontana instead.
Talk about houses…the couple from Las Vegas do a great job on covering these topics.
Which couple is that? I have a couple friends in Las Vegas with TH-cam channels.
@@JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtortheir channel is called. “Talk about houses”
@@buildingbuildercip8292 ok. I'll have to check out their channel.

I hadn't heard that before but I can see that being an issue with them eating people's landscaping. Glad to hear his daughter in law was ok though.

Wow that was a big house. How long ago was that?
Moreno Valley is pretty ghetto
Where do you recommend people move to?
