Actually she's incorrect regarding her own title. She is Barroness Brady but the correct form of adress is Lady Brady or my Lady, you never address someone as Barroness.
My theory is that she doesn't like the jocular sound of how Lady Brady rhymes. Baroness does sound pretty hot though.

Karren is clearly mugging up the titular emphasis for the sake of the cameras and because it makes good telly so fair play, it was hilarious.
