That Aveeno lotion is SO underrated. I've been using it for over 15 years and always get asked why my hands are so soft. No other lotion works nor compares. Over tried cheaper and more expensive ones, but nothing compares to Aveeno. The premium hada labo is so luxurious as well. I'm so glad I started using it!
Renée, you should try The Ordinary's Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density! The ingredients are amazing. I was having a lot of issues with my scalp and using this serum normalized it. My scalp is no longer itchy all the time and no longer produces as much oil. No more dandruff! Highly recommend. Since you love The Ordinary, I thought you'd like this too :)
I adore these women. Informative and educated skin care advice. I must say, i run to the store every time Renee recommends products, and i've yet to be dissapointed. The moment i started paying attention to the ingredients of my skin care, my skin has changed. And i no longer use western products. I find that they are filled with additives and the quality is just not the same. Thanks renee for educating me on how to properly care for my skin. Oh and i bought "I'm from" masks and toner. These products are life changing.

I think scalp care is included in skincare and I follow the CG method and cowash because my scalp needs the moisture. Kind of like double cleasing/ oil cleansing for your scalp :). And agreed on masks! I don't really use masks because my regular skincare keeps my skin so great. They're fun sometimes just because it feels like you're pampering yourself. Excellent video!
Thank you Renee and Nadine for doing a great joint video! I have scalp Issues too and unfortunately the scrip by CR and the Ouai one made my scalp break out. I see a dermatologist in Seattle but haven’t found a really good hair specialist like the ones I saw in NYC when I used to live there. So frustrated!

Aveeno lotions and creams are amazing. Especially the eczema therapy line. That cream is the single most moisturizing thing I’ve tried so far. Hadalabo Premium is ride or die favorite!

In skincare adverts whenever terms like "moisturizing" are used there's an asterisk and a clarification that it's in the upper layers of the epidermis. In the case of Advanced Night Repair they are allowed to claim moisturization of the *deeper* layers of the epidermis. Interestingly, I have never seen this elsewhere.
Love this video! Got to try out that hyaluronic acid lotion. I’ve been absolutely loving the Aveeno eczema relief balm as a body moisturizer. The texture is very interesting and I like that I feel like I can get dressed right away.

I have used several of the Shu Uemura cleansing oils (fyi - the pink is the gel texture) for many years. I have no problem getting the products on line from their US website. They have a wonderful annual sale towards the end of the year and always include generous travel size samples with my order which I stash for travel.

absolutely! Unless you're living in a humid tropical climate, that's how I would always suggest using it. I like to mix it with an oil serum sometimes!

Oh no, my list of products I want to try keeps getting longer. Can you believe I used to work at a l'oreal factory here in Japan, and every year we had this "end of year party" where we would be gifted a huge bag full of high end l'oreal brands and shu uemura was included. I had received bottles of their cleansing oil and at the time I didn't understand the concept. Now I'm kicking myself thinking about the bottles of shu uemura cleansing oils I gave away or just threw away 😭
