Why are there people who love to belittle the work of others? I agree with analytics that help improve choral and instrumental groups. However, there are adequate venues for this, and it is impolite to make boring comparisons of this or that choir. Both of those mentioned - Busam as UST - have their peculiarities and their beauty! I appreciate the "placement" of the voices in this recording; the sound is right up in the bone structure of their faces, where it should be. This choir also maintains a sense of refined music-making even in the louder sections. One of the things I like about the UST Singers is that there are little crescendos in little notes that lead to more important (e.g., downbeat) notes; this gives the music forward motion and life. I appreciate both choirs doing a great job in different aspects. And yes, the Utah University group is also always wonderful.
The clarity is wonderful. I would love to hear them in person along with the other groups mentioned. As a composer I want to hear the voices rather than a blur in the middle. This group would be one I would want to sing my stuff. Last of all, recordings do NOT give you what is actually there. Always better in person. Com Samn ne dah.

Actually they're singing it a seminote lower. Try to listen all Window's sounds a semitone higher (in your Window's Audio Config) and then listen again... so BIG difference...
+John Henry Prado +John Henry Prado actually , i can do that , cause I'm a countertenor , but I choose to be a Tenor, but i can still do that, im just tryin to say that they need more dynamics and sing it with the heart to feel the song like we're in heaven, like UST Singers, they sang it very beautiful and i feel it from their heart. I'm a listener , so its natural to me , that i have to hear and find the beautiful harmony and the dynamics.... 诡异的音准，女高音第一声进来就不太准确，随后一直在往下掉。男高音进主题的时候已经快到半个音了。转调之后已经明显低到半个音了，节奏也不太稳，中间有些声部也进得不准确。总而言之不是很好的版本
