Its not as complicated as it sounds. Theres a bunch of videos on youtube explaining it in more depth. Just know its kind of expensive. Though you can upload highlights through mario kart TV I think

Manklor, look, using power items to win a race, or get a good spot (like 3rd or 2nd) would be a comeback instead of a smuggle. Smuggling should be bring at least part of an item to 1st for at least an instant, even though you did hint otherwise.
