Kobe, T-Mac, Manu these guys were truly magical. When Kobe said "He can do everything I can, but he's 6,8" you just know... I just wish they could've won at least 1 champ with the one and only Yao. We would've seen some insane plays in those final series... but injuries man... some times they get the best of us, literally.

I hope people get this now, that you shouldn't be saying "If he's so great why didn't he get a ring" but rather "He was that great, and even he couldn't get a ring". It's not easy, and a lot of things need to go right. Nothing can take away what T-mac did.

T-Mac could have definitely easily won a championship by going to a team with multiple Superstars or a super team but in his era he did it by himself (like a Iverson) just with his teammates and he was a complete basketball player. He was an animal from all aspects of the game offense and defense he could dunk on you he could shoot the ball great he could defend great I mean this guy was truly one of the best and I wish he would have won a ring but he didn't sell his soul he didn't sell out to be on a super team. I wish he didn't get hurt so he would have still been playing during the late 2000s but it's unfortunate. Tmac said it best. He had a lot of what ifs. What if Lakers had drafted him. What if the Magic actually brought in help for him during the Orlando days. What if Grant Hill never got hurt. And most importantly, what if he never got these constant injuries. Through all this, he still managed to earn a spot to the HOF.

I still remember when I got my T Mac shoes back in 4th grade, some of my favorite shoes.

I'll never forget the first time I heard about his 13 point comeback. I had to search it up right away because it seemed so impossible. I thought people were exagerating or maybe they gave him tons of fouls.
Turns out it was just as insane as I imagined it to be. What a legendary performance.
