    Thanks, this really is very interesting! What I will share as a woman who's recently been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia - make sure that iron levels are high and requirements factored in (athletes need more, and it is lost through sweat and foot strike).

      Thanks, that's a really good point about Iron. I've just looked through my iron & it's been terrible except when I have Weetabix. What high iron foods would you recommend for vegetarian?
