Her uptime is kinda crap until C1 but her particle generation is better and she makes the rotation smoother by giving interruption resistance and diverting damage so Navia doesn't have to dodge as much. Plus your team now features TWO cat women!
Nah Dehya aint gonna make up for the dmg loss when you removed Xiangling anytime soon. And Navia interaction with Crystalize mean that you will have good enough interupt res already so tldr the Pyro queen aint getting removed by a dmg sponge

What about a Raiden Hypercarry with Xilonen, Kazuha, and Sara? I love Furina but it makes Raiden so squishy and you have to save a slot for a healer. Yes Xilonen can fill that but when the HP drain hits characters off field I keep getting killed during rotations. (Before someone says "skill issue" understand that I have really bad internet and the ping makes dodge timing require psychic powers)
High ping is so annoying so you have my sympathy there my friend. I imagine that team you mentioned will work. Bennett already provides a lot of value there but I think Xilonen will be a sidegrade 💪
If I had Shenhe I would but realistically there isn't anyone I could pair with Ayaka that competes with the hydro options. If Citlali and Capitano are playable I hope they can bring cryo back into the meta
Either Xianyun or Xilonen would work. I don't have Hu Tao so can't vouch for it myself but there's a content creator called Jstern (very good theory crafter) who emphasizes the value of Xilonen over Bennett/Xianyun in Hu Tao teams is that you're not limited to playing in a circle and you're not limited to playing a plunge style that you might not like.
It's about as big as Ganyu's burst range. I don't think Yoimiya can hit enemies outside of the range with her normal attacks to be honest but I'd have to test it specifically
I don't use him honestly but you could definitely use him with Xilonen. Wriothesley, Xiangling, Bennett and Xilonen is an option if you don't have Emilie 🙌
You could run Tighnari with electro units like Fischl and Lisa then Xilonen could buff the electro units but I'll be honest I don't think it'll be too good. For Dehya you could try her with Xiangling, Bennett and Xilonen 💪
For Hu Tao you can use Yelan, Xingqiu and Xilonen. For Clorinde you can go Fischl, Nahida and Xilonen but I think Kazuha would be better than Xilonen here coz Clorinde self heals

For Maulani team 4, would Yaoyao be a good replacement for nahida? Or still Candace? I won't have nahida till she's out next patch. My Candace is C1 and Yaoyao C2. Also for the Raiden national, is c0 Xilonen better than c5 bennett?
I'd go for Candace over Yaoyao 🙌 For Raiden National I personally prefer Xilonen because she buffs units that scale off all stats but where all the damage dealers scale off attack I imagine Bennett will be stronger
If you're not 100% convinced with her I say hold out for a week and see if you still want her. If you do you could do some ten pulls and see if you get her early. If you're not sold after a week then saving is a smart idea 🙌
If you have Kazuha, then you dont really need to go for Xilonen. I pulled cause I hate having Kazuha tied to one team with the other team being significantly weaker if I can't bring Nilou or Alhaitham. If pyro archon is good at being off field applicator, then she'll probably be much better investment.
You can but I prefer Bennett and Furina in his plunge teams. Bennett instead of Furina could be a cool mono pyro variant though with Diluc, Bennett, Xianyun and Xilonen 👀

Arlecchino, Xingqiu, Bennett and Xilonen will be solid. Neuvillette, Furina, Xilonen and a flex like Fischl or Sucrose would be decent. Nahida in that slot could also give some decent AoE damage. Raiden, Bennett, Xilonen and Xiangling will be good once you get some more Xiangling constellations too 🙌

her weapon is definitely better than c1, and while c2 and weapon are more comparable (c2 very good for something like double hydro) id say the fact you need to pull the c1 first means c2 is more of a long term goal than something to rush now. especially because chioris weapon is also very good, makes pulling xilonens weapon a very safe move for your account

Yeah so there needs to be at least 2 characters of eithe rpyro, hydro, cryo or electro elements. So let's say you went with Itto, Furina, Xilonen and Bennett for example, that would work.

You can use Itto but honestly I prefer Navia over him with Xilonen
