My studio apartment with an awesome west view of the mountains on capital hill was 600$ 14 years ago, now it’s 2,000! What? Sherman towers the Mezzo. Don’t know what they call it today 9th and Lincoln but I really miss it
@@SomewhereInColorado That’s awesome! I wish I could have bought that apartment! I bet we said hello at some point. I was in apt 818 overlooking the Beauvellon.
I'd like to know more about the rent to own program? My little family is relocating to Denver in June! I looked through your videos and didn't see one.
Your video was really interesting!!! My friends and I are about to do an exchange program in Denver and we have been looking for a furnished apartment or house in which we can live for 4 months. It would be great if you could help us!!
Helpful! Thanks, but I’m watching this in 2022, so I’m not sure if things have changed. I’m a single, retired 50 yr old male. Is RiNo still good for #1 priority being ‘romantic’ socializing? Subscribed
Hi Brian. Rino is a very active area with a lot of scooters zooming around as people hop from one place to another. not much has changed since this video other than the prices are going up. we also have a video on Rino you should check out. th-cam.com/video/XjwHUqelk1M/w-d-xo.html
It is in the Denver Metro with the larger buildings. I've seen around $100/month for the first spot and then $150 for each additional spot. If you're renting from an individual landlord/someones condo they'll likely have one spot that comes with the unit. Much less common to see fees for this once you leave Denver metro
I've never paid under $175 a month for parking downtown, and that's a shitty place where it's really $200 but I get $25 off living close by. Before that I paid $250 a month for one spot.
🤦♀️ I’ve been looking for a video with info. Just like this. I wonder how much has changed. I’ve been looking for a 1 bd. I don’t have kids, I don’t drink (lol I’m very boring, but cool!) I have been looking for a safe area. Lol help. 😂😫
Best to stay in the state you're at way too expensive here and why live in a city ? That has the highest car theft in the U.S.A. you have the view of the mountains. And on the weekend you can gas up and wait in traffic for ever to go to a little mountain town and get ice cream for the family and some Tshirts .yippee. You should have seen Colorado before you ruined it.

I think it’s now called Arches Tower or something like that. I lived there when it was the Mezzo too!

20yrs ago I lived in a 1 bdrm on the SE corner of 6th and Logan for $600. I can't even imagine what they're going for now.

Cost to landlord to do a background / credit check is expensive. Expect a non-refundable application fee closer to $40, not $15.

Thanks for the heads up. We changed our name a while back so we need to update that link
Who do you recommend working with for rentals in 2023?
Same place. I like aptamigo but I don’t have a personal contact there anymore
What's a good price for studio apt with access to public transportation and how is PT in Denver?

Is it the norm for apartments in Denver to charge for parking spaces in the garages?

I tried to email Chad and the email came back. Is he still available for locating.
sorry. chadd moved on to another position. still try the APTAmigo company
Need details on rent to own companies
Those community fees should be included in the rent.

Safe would be Thornton, maybe golden or Lakewood. But not downtown unless you have four seasons or Ritz Carlton money.
How relevant is this video today?
Pretty accurate

"Not getting any cheaper.'' Actually, yes it is.
