Amazing craftsmanship! I'd swear they came out of a commercial builder! This hobby and the people in it and who were in it continue to amaze me. Thanks for posting Leonard!
Wow, those are incredible! Those are some very pretty models! I think these might be my favorites out of all the locomotives you have showcased on your TH-cam page.
Leonard, beautiful models, thank you for sharing them with us, as well as their colorful history and background. I wish I had that book, I'd love to try my hand at one of these bashes but it doesn't seem like they're particularly easy to come by.
Hi Leonard, l love to see how much actual model engineering is involved with these old models when purchasing or creating the one you want compared to now where you just buy the one you like, unbox it and watch it run. I think it sucks a lot of the fun out of the hobby and the old grey cells. Great video as always.
@davelewandoski4292 Thank you for your kind words Yes just remind her our time here is only temporary Live each day does a fullest... And enjoy all your friends You make along the way
That is real impressive. Is there a chance at getting a copy of that book. The modelers back then used to build and create what they couldn’t buy. I really like this part of the hobby. Thank you for sharing and keeping alive these great trains.
I was wondering if you would have a Texas, and next minute, just happened to have one you prepared earlier. I really enjoyed watching these conversions. Steven.
Beautiful! BTW, I love the Union Terminal on your layout!
Excellent. Not only very nicely proportioned and well detailed, but smooth runners. The builder was very talented.
Thanks! They're very enjoyable to run.

Extraordinary. I had no clue. Thanks.
