A fantastic video! It has been a long time since the last video I watched from you, Nilsson. I am an Xperia user and knowing all these advantages and cool features is pretty cool. Even though, I'm not a professional but I am curious about photography and I am using an Xperia 1 III. It's encouraging me to go outside on my bicycle and take some cool photos. This phone is criminally underrated.
When I started photographing, I only shot hand-held. But now a month ago I inherited a Manfrotto tripod from my father and now I shoot almost exclusively with a tripod😁, as you said in the video, it's easier to find composition. Also ive got a injured wrist and the camera gets damn heavy fast and i start shaking a lot when I don't use a tripod.
This is the explanation that's the Pro I needs

Fantastic as usual Olle, the Xperia 1 IV is what will replace my Galaxy S9+ which has been a great phone and has worked well for me, it also works as a remote for Sony, just very limited features ,using the Xperia 1 IV and my A7 iv together will be awesome for me , it will give the option to be able to see much easier than using a view finder/LCD , especially having a 4K display and i will have to look into getting that remote ,I am vertically challenged 😂 you do have a beautiful place to take pictures and video

Good video! And how is one supposed to take macro shots with the Xperia 1 IV. Looks like it isn't possible on this device? Another thing is, how do you make the ringing sound stereo because you know that device has got a really good sound, but when someone gives you a call it gives you a 'great' MONO experience. Kind of stupid for the price one pays for it. Thanks.

Camera on a tripod, and shot two files and masked them together :D A bit tricky to get the timing right haha

Absolutely love you videos and am really trying to learn a bit about how to use my 1 IV. I was wondering what editor you use on your phone for photos please? I'd also like to slow my 4k 120fps videos and not sure if I can also do this on my phone? Thanks again for the great work
I Xperia 1ii user, I edit all my photos in Snapseed or Adobe Lightroom mobile. To slow the 120fps video I use the VivaCut Video editor

I use Lightroom Mobile or the deskrop version.
If you want to get slow motion directly out of the phone you can set the target fps to 24fps, and shoot in 120. All inside Videography Pro!😃

If you primarily do photos I’d say the Pro-I thanks to the bigger sensor. But both phones do both really well!

Tbh? Feel like my 'old' P30 Pro could take the same shots.
Testing mobile phone camera with a tripod totally invalidates the point in traveling light with mobile phone only. All pictures should be taken only handheld.
I understand your opinion , and you definitely have a point. But some photography techniques require a tripod to get the best results. Carrying a tiny phone in your pocket + a travel tripod takes up waaay less space than a DSLR with three different lenses + tripod.
My videos aren’t aimed towards run and gun shooting. Since I love everything around getting THE photo!😃

My zoom shots are always blurry. Tried, auto, AF, MF, increased shutter speed but nothing works. Any ideas? Standard 24mm is great.
