    My suggestion to you
1 start selling processed form through may be kumauon mandal or privately
2 start home stay where people come, enjoy farm and you can sell directly to the guests
    3 take organic certification

    Best of luck.

You become a trader yourself, buy all the fruits from your village as well as from the surrounding villages...book an ac container truck to Gurgaon, open a small outlet called "Garwali fresh fruits / Ramgadh fresh fruits" and sell there at a reasonable price...👍 or you can start a small processing plant yourself and produce fruits derivative products yourself and tie up with any supermarket or directly export it to middle east or anywhere in the world...👍

Hello sir, I liked your video. Here are few suggestions idk how easy or difficult they are to implement.
    1. Try to grow multiple items like permaculture 2. Try something like selling it online tag it organic if it is
    3. You can sell it to giants like India mart
    4. How about hiring a place in haldwani and selling it by urself? If you grow multiple items then you always have something to sell in every season (if you think you do not produce that much then a group of 5-6 farmers like you can rent a place? May be?)

In Canada we actually went to farms to pick Apples, strawberries and blueberries directly from a farm. In 10 Dollars you could fill up a huge sack as much as you wanted.

Long back,I had suggested the authorities to form hubs in villages, may be clusters or with different products and a cooperative amongst the farmers. The products be weighed and given to this cooperative hub, studying well before hand where the outlets will be set up. The idea is a. Avoid exploitation of producer and end customer, better competitive prices for both with an assured quality on part of the producer farmers, I.e. Best of products competitively and timely delivered. A small efficient set up manages the hub with full accountabiliy. Now, in the city or town this hub has it's own retail outlet provided by the authorities at nominal charges. The citizens can be invited to be members to this body " HUB". The best price is set for all the products ,analysing scientifically and not by whims and fancies. A single owned or hired truck /trucks transport the material to the market site " owned hub, mentioned above. Two or three nominated members go with the truck or a person is appointed, deputed, delegated for that hub.The sales are cash against delivery, transfer to hub a/c from that city to nearest bank or cooperative bank by NEFT/RTGS on receipt of proceeds either every or second day. The registered citizen consumers become members by a nominal token fee say Rs.100 or 200/-. They get 1st preference and discount, thus no intermedias but cheaper rates to such consumers. The full details and accounts are maintained with daily statement to the hub managing group. No one is permanent, but by rotation , ensuring participation by all village member. The proceeds received 2nd or 3td day get transferred to respective farmer accounts, thus ensuring better price,no exploitation, total transparency, digital time bound reporting, quick receipts to producer. This is just an idea and finer micro details can be worked upon and a sound system of unity, honesty and efficiency can be set up. The hub head can be from amongst ,as can be city retail group or person.Cooperative is at both ends to ensure safety, security and not mala fide operations. There will be prompt working, no waiting time and a full clarity and sound system can be established. Please let me know shortfalls in this wishful thinking. Hope I have been able to explain. So Ramgarh is going to send ABCDEFGH... Products to city X and may be Y. The management is by elected , nominated team of devoted, dedicated, honest participants of credibility and strong urge to establish systems enriching the farmers and the end consumers. Let us see to the difficulties, practical problems, triggering creative and innovative thinking for strengthening.

This was the best video out of all the videos that you have posted. It shows the problems that farmers of India are facing. It will take lot of time for govt to target these problems as they haven't actually faced these issues.
Suggestion- try your luck in some small elections. I am pretty sure you will do something for people and will be ultra successful in longer run.

I remember when we used to eat fruit almost every other day. Now I don't even feel like buying them as I think it's a luxury item cause of it's cost. Rarely if I find a thelewala I will buy it from him.
If these people buy it for the right price and sell it for the right price in the cities most of your items will be sold out in seconds. Both farmer and seller can make a small profit and even the customer will be happy.
I think Sir, you should try an app which sells your fruit directly to a customer just like swiggy there will be no Mandi just straight delivery to customer's home and inventory will be stored in a nice warehouse where they can last longer.

Make a group of farmers who sell apple, pears and other fruits. It's right that all fruits don't ripe at the same time, but try to maximize the quantity, hire a truck, contact some fruit sellers in Delhi and sell directly to them.If you have enough quantity freight cost will be less.It may look exhausting, but fruit farmers have to engage in specific season.
Glad to see some spirited and engaging people.👍

You can dry them in dryer or make Jam and sell them online or consume it yourself. Peach is easily perishable, you can try to grow Orange or apple or pear. We too have peach, but most of them eaten up by worms and some we give it to cattles.

0)union is something which could help you.
    1) try to document a structure for a whole union setup .
2)share it with all the farmers living there.
    3) try to make a list of fruits which in your area and around farmers are producing.
4)Form a modular structure or plan of where you live , what is the shortest path from which you can get a rail route or air route.
5)Make a proper presentation and through social media , you can ask for help to connect you with the city folks .
6)Like through online platforms or offline avenues aswell , you can sell your products as there is a good market cape for organically grown products . just like what is happening with the cosmetic industry i.e beardo and many more.
7)i have also developed an e - commerce website for college project , just like that i am also currently working on a platform which i have named FRUITE FOR FOLKS in this i am trying to create a way in which i can directly connect the farmers with the buyers . THIS way people can also have a means to unadulterated products .

Lekin kisano ko mandi mein jane ki zidd hai.
Main Karnataka mein rahta hoon. Yahan pe kisan direct Tata Coffee, Hindustan Unilever aur Nestle jaisi company ko apni coffee bechte hain. Koi kisan mandi mein urinate karne bhi nahi jate.
Arabica Coffee was sold upto 400 Rs KG last year.

I know few folks who have setup a group in a township/society (in Bangalore) and buy directly from farmers in bulk. This is a win win for both township owners and farmers. You can investigate similar model as you have contacts in Gurgaon and with Farmers as well. This can be a great business idea as well.
I am a good IT solution has a scope here. Talk to owners of society management apps for integration of this idea.
