JL wants people to put themselves in a position where they are so financially pressed that they'll be willing to do ANYTHING (i.e. compromising their ethics, manipulating people, faking success to attract recruits, etc.) to "make it work." She always says she wants people who are "HUNGRYYYYY," and I am convinced that she's not speaking figuratively. She wants people who are so desperate that they'll ignore every red flag and every nudge from their conscience. She wants them to be so scared to fail that they'll do anything to succeed. She wants them in a "by any means necessary" mentality. She's literally framing responsible behavior as cowardice and as the reason they're not "successful." So. Gross.
Yes! I was thinking about this the whole time! She's essentially moulding people into her perfect client by convincing them to put themselves in desperate situations and then following up with the 'training' to get them out of the desperate situation she manipulated them into.
So she was only making $1200 a month but was able to rent a condo for $1600+ a month? Seems fake lol. Every place I’ve rented from you need to show proof of income and often times have a gross income of 2.5-3x the rent amount. So realistically, she needed to be making $4,500+ a month to qualify for a place like that. I’m not sure why she always feels the need to tell stories like this, it just shows how poorly she is managing her money 😂 definitely not a flex
Whew I’m definitely seeing a behavioral change in her - she’s getting better at being “sickeningly sweet” while delivering absolute garbage - perfect for MLM coaching. Her teeth look nice though. 😇
I am a dental hygienist and I feel so bad for saying this, but her teeth do not look good to me. I can tell they are veneers that are way too thick because it has changed the shape of her mouth. It’s driving me insane. It may be just the angle she has her camera pointed, because in another video I thought they looked good.
@@trishamarie I actually agree…it looks like she’s struggling to maneuver with them! I just can tell they’ve helped with her presence and boosted her confidence.
The bottom teeth show more than they would naturally. The way she talks since getting the work done has been driving me nuts. Just another part of the affectation.
Hoooow does she have the cult following that she does?? one, she's so cringe and obnoxious. Two, 75% of her training is basically taking her own personal life experiences that she maybe saw a lesson in and passing it on as business blueprint.
This is disgraceful and disgusting. Imagine encouraging people of limited means to spend their safety net. Calling them “guilty” of keeping a buffer in their savings account. I’m actually outraged at how irresponsible she’s being.
Jessie can’t even move her face with all of the fillers / Botox. No shame for people who do it. Just so weird watching someone scream into my soul and their face staying blank.
Every apartment I’ve ever had (“luxury” or literal basement), I’ve needed 3x the rent in income. How did she get a lease with an income the same as the rent?? Seems suspish.
If she actually put her energy towards something legit she would absolutely CRUSH it. As a trainer, recruiter, legit sales trainer boss lee would have legitimate success
It’s gross to me how excited JL got when she saw these people are poor or financially less fortunate. As someone who comes from that kind of background, my reaction to hearing someone else in that situation isn’t “omg yay!” It’s “damn, I’m so sorry you went through that, too.” But for her, it was like prey mode initiated. 🤬 So with you on this one, Isabella.
Wait, i heard her story about how se started way to many times now, and I think its first time i hear, that she was fired from full time job! I remember just that the landlord/her mother rised the rent and told her to get a side hustle "like Avon"...
Yep. This is a much different story than the last story I heard from her, and the cycle repeats for every other time. It’s so bizarre and creepy and embarrassing how she can just lie so nonchalantly.
Still watching but around 20 min she’s basically just using law of attraction BS + “scarcity mindset”. She’s saying she spent money that she really doesn’t have believing that will somehow attract the money to pay for it to her. And when she’s talking about looking at your bank account and liking the amount and not really wanting to spend it, she’s trying to say you’re too scared to use that money and see it go. Which I’m sure most people can relate to but there’s a difference between being financially responsible and frugal, and being irresponsible and reckless. Do not live above your means (at least not consistently), that will not help you get out of debt lol.
One of my siblings lives in Europe, and I am absolutely cringing listening to JL talk. There are cultural differences between the US and all the various European countries and she’s trampling all over everything with zero sensitivities for how their circumstances and culture could be very different.
Ok, I’m not hating on her. I’ve been terrible at doing my own make-up for forever. I never did learn properly and now I’m at taking the time to do so. This isn’t about hate, it’s just because I’m so focused on own skills … hers today is terrible. It looks as though someone smacked her in the face with a stick.
Thank you for saying that. I never saw or heard her before today and thought "She looks pretty damn old to have been unable to pay $300 rent 10 yrs ago." and she acted like she was on a coke binge.
10:11 Actually, I see this all the time with my e-learning and consulting clients. It's a common message to new entrepreneurs to quit their jobs to go all in their business. And no. Don't do that. It leads to more stress, anxiety, and more chance for burnout when there isn't consistent, sustainable income coming in. Keep the job to stay open to new opportunities in the business and be able to do non-scalable activities to grow brand awareness and community. 100% will pay off later. And it actually takes MORE discipline to work a business (a real one, not MLM) after work when you know you already have your expenses covered.
She literally provided NO value in this “training”. I bet so many NWMers are so disappointed after attending her in person or online trainings because she is so coveted and then they literally get no tangible takeaways. 🤡
I always imagine that the "drop a [blank] in the chat" leaders say this at in person events and everyone just shouts "1" or "heart emoji" back and it just makes me think they're even more ridiculous.

There are MANY people who stay in relationships bc that is the more financially sound and dependable option. I am a single mom and I see it so much, hell I have had to do it myself! It’s crazy how entitled of anyone’s money Jessie Lee is. I did recall living with a tiny budget, questioning every expenses other than bare necessities. I’m in a much more comfortable situation financially because both my spouse and I managed to get diplomas that gave access to pretty good careers and we managed to save money for a down payment for our house. Also, the hubby is a master of doing budget on Excel. I did have an ex who was bad with money and complained that I didn’t spend enough. I’ve flipped him off by telling him that he has no say on how I chose to spend money.
Definitely. She had her teeth done for sure and that can really alter your face so maybe it’s that but someone else commented she’d had work done on her face too
I don’t know why these people pay her to talk to their down lines because all she EVER does is talk about herself. I’ve never seen her actually give good advice because it’s all about her all the time.
It will never fail to shock me how these people claim to be "business women" but do not understand what opportunity cost is.... Like YES if you had 20 years worth of time you could eventually turn a profit in an MLM but you would forgo millions you would make over the course 20 years in a normal job...
There are ways to step outside your comfort zone without spending money that you don’t have. You can put yourself out there more on social media, share something you’ve created with people, even go somewhere you’ve been too scared to go to!
I sell cars and my general manager has always told the new people get a new car a very expensive one so that you’ll work harder and sell more. I have yet to see that theory backfire in 8 years 🤷🏻♀️

Coming in late, but how wild. Instead of "get uncomfortable" by like, spending a SMALL amount in an accredited course so you can do peoples taxes or maybe some new shoes so you can do dog walking on the side. Not finance a car so you are so stressed from the debt that you push yourself into a pyramid scheme! Geez Louise!
BossLee is doing the gold rush shovel selling now. Maybe she will create her own MLM and the product would be "selling MLM sales trainings" like what iGenius is doing. And for $1000 a month you get several of this unhinged screaming pep talk. She can even invite the other MLM personalities such as Coleen, Draymus, Jasmine, etc. to give trainings for a different package and a higher price. Her main clients would be reps from other MLMs who are not making money because they couldn't recruit and have low product sales.
MLM is a guaranteed fail. Obviously for most people financially but the time it takes to get anywhere isnt worth it imo. That's not counting the relationships that get ruined or changed for the worse & pretty much rebranding your whole life to the MLM, I call that a fail.
Jessie is weird, loud, cringe, and makes me super uncomfortable. She says a whole lot of nothing. How can someone say so much and share absolutely nothing of value whatsoever?
So about the health insurance... I live in Germany, I pay for me and my daughter. It's 104€. It's not a lot for having almost everything payed for (especially when I think the birth of my daughter costed 15000€)
20:10: I've had coaches try to get me to pay $50k for a year of coaching. (They were a total scam and didn't deliver with their clients -- shocking.) This was after I told them I was a new single mom making $500/month. They told me I'd fail in business if I didn't get loans and credit cards to pay them, so that propelled me to work harder to spite them lol. Turns out, my first copywriting clients came from that group of people because those coaches didn't deliver. They preyed on people who were struggling and shamed them to invest when they didn't have the means. Also, I know so many coaches focus on money mindset. They're preying on people who are struggling and charging them to learn *better money mindset*, and as someone who has worked on mindset a LOT, it...doesn't actually make the difference they think it does.
I completely agree. I recently graduated college and as a student, I really struggled with finances and was preyed on a lot. I was working my ass off, only making $9.50 an hour at my fast food job, and could barely afford basic necessities and I was being guilted into paying for services I couldn’t afford because I was brainwashed to believe that it was the only way I could be successful

I won after I quit. I took the money I was spending on products and packaging and invested it. I won and will continue to win by reinvesting the dividends to make more vs not making money trying to sell oroducts
I know everyone is noticing her face looks a little different (I think she looks great!!) but I just noticed she ditched her trademark colored hair extensions too 😮 I actually always liked them lol but her hair looks real good in this. She wants them in a "by any means necessary" mentality. She's literally framing responsible behavior as cowardice and as the reason they're not "successful." So. Gross.
ohhhhhhh shit true
I agree. The whole time I was watching I was like is this the same Jesse lee who was recently screaming from her bathtub?
I am a dental hygienist and I feel so bad for saying this, but her teeth do not look good to me. I can tell they are veneers that are way too thick because it has changed the shape of her mouth. It’s driving me insane. It may be just the angle she has her camera pointed, because in another video I thought they looked good.
@@trishamarie I actually agree…it looks like she’s struggling to maneuver with them! I just can tell they’ve helped with her presence and boosted her confidence.
@@Saltedbutterbeer LITERALLY two different people - she’s VERY subdued here.
The bottom teeth show more than they would naturally. The way she talks since getting the work done has been driving me nuts. Just another part of the affectation.
I hate the way she talks to people. It’s so condescending. She’s trying to be cutesy but it’s really not.
Hoooow does she have the cult following that she does?? one, she's so cringe and obnoxious. Two, 75% of her training is basically taking her own personal life experiences that she maybe saw a lesson in and passing it on as business blueprint.
She says the same thing over and over
As someone who's been living outside of her means for over 15 years, I can tell you her experience is definitely unique, if not a lie lol
"I call it zoom fatigue." Yes, JLW discovered and coined the term zoom fatigue. lol.
I giggled when she said “I call it zoom fatigue” because like… yeah… so does literally every other person lol
She is hard to watch because she gives failing stand up comic vibes “(insert bad stereotype here)…you guys know what I mean?????”
This is disgraceful and disgusting. Imagine encouraging people of limited means to spend their safety net. Calling them “guilty” of keeping a buffer in their savings account. I’m actually outraged at how irresponsible she’s being.
Isabella, thank you for reminding me how much I hate this person and why.
Jessie can’t even move her face with all of the fillers / Botox. No shame for people who do it. Just so weird watching someone scream into my soul and their face staying blank.
Is that what it is? She looks completely different
It looks so silly !!
And I feel like all that is good in moderation but there has got to be a line
Okay girl, I see you..spoiling us with a video two days in a row.👏👏😍😍 You're a rockstar!!
She gives me major Joker vibes
Every apartment I’ve ever had (“luxury” or literal basement), I’ve needed 3x the rent in income. How did she get a lease with an income the same as the rent?? Seems suspish.
If she actually put her energy towards something legit she would absolutely CRUSH it. As a trainer, recruiter, legit sales trainer boss lee would have legitimate success
Wow, B*ssLee looks unwell from when I last saw her, she seems haggard. I wonder if it's stress or maybe I'm seeing things?
First thing I thought too, her face has changed a lot...
I agree. It’s either a filter, weight loss or maybe she did something with her lips or teeth? Idk but she looks way different.
@@jocelynnelson I think she got new teeth….probably lost some weight too. Also she does not have that pink streak in her hair….
I had the same thought of she looks different, I think it’s the lack of filter haha and nice new teeth
getting financially uncomfortable is usually irresponsible
It’s gross to me how excited JL got when she saw these people are poor or financially less fortunate. As someone who comes from that kind of background, my reaction to hearing someone else in that situation isn’t “omg yay!” It’s “damn, I’m so sorry you went through that, too.” But for her, it was like prey mode initiated. 🤬 So with you on this one, Isabella.
I love how their training is just a bunch of general statements that they all say over and over again
@@krk.1999 especially that all of it is recorded, it's not like she told us that in private :D
And how the story always changes even if just a little bit. If she was telling the truth the story wouldn’t change.
Yes! This advice makes me twitch. I gotta have my 3 month expenses saved in savings.
She will create her own mlm eventually!!!!
Thats were she is headed.... 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I am all for unscripted videos, but this is a TRAINING - why is she ad-libbing the whole thing? 😳
"Good girls!" How condescending and demeaning did that sound 🤢
I was literally just thinking that I haven't heard much about Jessie lately 👀
What about the upelines that pay her to "speak"
I attended this training & it was amazing :)
I always imagine that the "drop a [blank] in the chat" leaders say this at in person events and everyone just shouts "1" or "heart emoji" back and it just makes me think they're even more ridiculous.
She looks like she has aged quite a bit within the last few months! The stress of her “empire” must be wearing her out 😭
I'm so glad someone mentioned this. I barely recognized her. I don't like to comment on people's appearances, but this was jarring.
If you compare a pic of her from like 2018, she looks soooo different & maybe 15 years older now. It’s fine to age, but to age so rapidly… all over a scheme??
@@catstickler I typically don’t either because how we age is usually genetic and not our choice but to let the mlm lead to this is worrisome.
@@rangeprincesa even looking at videos from last month, there's a stark difference, and I'm sure it's because so many people are leaving MLMs.
I don't know how her team (or Pruvit specifically) is doing, but if it's anything like Monat, that's stressful AF.

It’s blows my mind every video that people believe in her bullshit. It also blows my mind to think about how many people are still getting scammed by MLMs, it’s so sad.
I've been waaaiting for someone, anyone! to do another video on bosslee. it's been too long! thank yooou!!
she convinced my son to quit his job not to use health insurance he has 3 kids they pay 4 grand a month for rent and his wife is not allowed to save money if she does she will make her spend it she says it makes it where they have to work harder..
😮
Omg that's so bad. They are one large expense or medical issue away from bankruptcy.
Now she's convinced my son his mental health issues are his friends and families fault so now we can't see our grandbabies..who we are really close with..
Of course a lot of them grew up “poor”. There’s almost no people in MLMs who grew up rich (“who got everything”) because they aren’t as desperate and therefore aren’t a such a target to become someones downline. That’s a SAD fact, not something good!
I got in an instagram dm spat with jesse the other day because she literally posted saying that it isnt about to products and people join for her and i asked how tf that isnt a pyramid scheme and she went off about me never having ran a business
This interviewer couldn’t even get in 5 questions 😂😂
coming from someone who is not married or has kids
Once she gets comfortable “in character” it’s an instant turn-off. I couldn’t stand being spoken to the way she was talking to the people on that call.
she wouldn't know the truth if it slapped her in the face
Hey Isabella. Genuinely nice to hear a content creator speaking loud and proud about feeling a bit shit. In our society it's still really taboo to mention that you're not feeling too well mentally at the moment. So thanks for putting it out there!👍
This is the same rhetoric that Jen Sincero writes about in “You Are A Badass”. Like, nearly the same damn story.
There are MANY people who stay in relationships bc that is the more financially sound and dependable option. I am a single mom and I see it so much, hell I have had to do it myself! But I knew that long term it was something I could not do. I work full-time, just started a business doing my art, and I will do any and everything short of joining an MLM or selling my body (lol) to make sure we are good. NOW, I am not gonna say before Anti-mlm was "a thing" that I hadn't thought about it, but it was always difficult for me to get the money together to do it (thank God). I am so thankful for you guys (anti-mlm community) for teaching women bc this is not the "safe option!" it will destroy you and everything you are working for. And those women do not care that it's financially killing you! they simply DO NOT CARE!!
That’s how much my rent is and I had to show paystubs to prove I could cover 👀
she has perfected The Joker laugh 😫

Isabella!! You’re cranking out these vids and I have studying to do!! 🤣🤣
I’ve flipped him off by telling him that he has no say on how I chose to spend money.
not to comment on someones looks but I cant be the only one seeing the work done to JLWs face... 👀
Definitely. She had her teeth done for sure and that can really alter your face so maybe it’s that but someone else commented she’d had work done on her face too
she’s somehow gotten worse at makeup istg
I don’t know why these people pay her to talk to their down lines because all she EVER does is talk about herself. I’ve never seen her actually give good advice because it’s all about her all the time.
Is Jessie Lee Okay?? I couldn’t concentrate on what she was saying because she looks really ill.. is it just me!??
"people can't afford to fuck around" i feel heard!! Love you @isabella
Wow! That’s a crazy one. She’s so untouched with reality. 🤦🏽♀️
Whoever did her new veneers needs to rethink their life choices
It will never fail to shock me how these people claim to be "business women" but do not understand what opportunity cost is.... Like YES if you had 20 years worth of time you could eventually turn a profit in an MLM but you would forgo millions you would make over the course 20 years in a normal job...
There are ways to step outside your comfort zone without spending money that you don’t have. You can put yourself out there more on social media, share something you’ve created with people, even go somewhere you’ve been too scared to go to!
I'm not trying to diss BL's look's because she's a very beautiful woman... but is there something off about her facial:jaw/mouth features?
I sell cars and my general manager has always told the new people get a new car a very expensive one so that you’ll work harder and sell more. I have yet to see that theory backfire in 8 years 🤷🏻♀️
Boss lee is a migrane in human form. Like I’ve got a migrane right now and she’s literally making it 100x worse 🤣
17:09 This is why I have a paid membership. I have bipolar, so I know when I'm down, I'm not functioning (plus having autoimmune conditions disabling me). So I make sure if I NEED to take off a week, I can because recurring revenue.
For someone who claims she knows finances so well, she gives the worst advice.
Is she intoxicated???
Just heard how much you pay monthly for health care and wowza
"Um, what about the product? " "What products? "
she was living with her mom
(They were a total scam and didn't deliver with their clients -- shocking.)
This was after I told them I was a new single mom making $500/month.
50k?????? holy shit
Over five hundred per month for healthcare insurance??
Good God ...😱
What is it with the number $300? I've only been into anti-mlm content for TWO days and I've already heard it from FOUR different top leaders!!! Is it like a "trigger" number??
Yeah!
There's a point where you say, "get fucked!"🤣🤣🤣🤣 And I just loved that
She’s the absolute worst. She’s right she is the #1 in network marketing. The number 1 scammer
Her teeth are creeping me out.
"If I don't stop buying lottery tickets I WILL win!"
She means work with people she can manipulate ..
As a business owner and a PI, she’s literally lying. It’s not even possible to turn that around into cash in your pocket in a week. Calling BS
I’m currently pushing through some financial struggles and what she’s saying is extremely harmful and predatory. You absolutely shouldn’t spend money you don’t have- there’s nothing wrong with saving and wanting to hold onto what you currently have. I truly hope nobody follows this advice, because it’s a good way to end up homeless.
Oh and this “money mindset” bs is sooo toxic also 😷 like no, I don’t need to have a better money mindset, I need to save money to pay for basic necessities
I won after I quit. I took the money I was spending on products and packaging and invested it. I won and will continue to win by reinvesting the dividends to make more vs not making money trying to sell oroducts

I just wish she would recognize how unethical and harmful MLMs are and instead put her energy into anything else. Imagine if she hadn’t gotten brainwashed (for lack of a better term) by the world of MLMs and instead became a professional training facilitator - she could be amazing at that!!!
Even though she can be overbearing in her presentation, I really could see her being a fantastic facilitator for organizational team-building / strength exploring/ brainstorming /training activities.
I’m trying to figure it out as well and I think it’s her teeth that look different. Maybe veneers? They never stood out to me before today
