Ask,my late father Mr Amiruddin kardekar was ex general manager and C.EO.he has worked very hard for the growth of this bank .but unfortunately his name is never mentioned.but as a daughter i know that my father was in love with h work this bank was his passion his blood.i am sure the old people his colleagues would agree to this.May Allah grant him the highest rank in jannah and may this bank who was his like his first child grow and flourish abundantly.
Yes, he was a dynamic general manager indeed. And there were genuinely concerned people in the board of directors, for the growth and welfare of the community and institute. During the initial growing period in 80's and 90's, there was great camaderi among the people. After getting well established, politics, influence, and corruption crept in, which hindered the growth and quality service of this bank in real sense.
I compliment present Board for such a wonderful result. All irrespective of any native should open an Account with and support the Bank. All the very best in their future endeavours
Asalamualaikum bhai i want to ask when there is such great success then why the shares value of this bank have not given profit,i have taken shares 25 years back but there is not even a single rupee profit and they don't reply when we had gone for inquiry,they say no profit you wont get any profit,you will get the same amount,in the amount that you have purchased.

While I’ve relied on HDFC for loans and business needs, I’m open to exploring new options if a branch opens in Kalwa. Communities like the Gujaratis and Keralites have advanced because they support each other. We need to focus on building Kokani entrepreneurs with the right mentorship and platforms. MIRA ROAD branch में kokan bank का किस्सा याद आया.....gold loan के लिए गया था....उनको मैं keh raha था कि मैं emotionally kokan से ही loan लेना चाहता hu अगर वो cathelic bank में जो interest rate है वही rate मुझे दें...उससे कम भी नहीं....same rate ...बहुत कोशिश कीya....Manager के पास भी यही बात bola, लेकिन thas se mast कोई नहीं हुआ......इसलिए मैंने cathelic bank से loan ले लिया था......खराब experience है.....😢😢😢😢
And with due respect according to my knowledge all branches of this esteem bank my father had put his heart and soul in their openings establishments and growth.but good hard honest work is easily forgotten
Bhai saheb dosri banko ki tarah NRE /NRI account ki facility shuru karo to kafi acha ho ga. Apni kokan bank NRE /NRI account facility provide nahi kerti . Pls last time I went to the jogeshwari branch and asked to open an NRE account for myself but they told me we don't have these facilities till now in our bank . Pls note it.
Kokan Bank is caught in a time warp and offers just basic banking facilities.There has been no progress in it since past so many years and advance banking facilities like forex,NRI services etc.are not available and that's the reason why it's not expanding.
One request I have please do a favour to all muslim community to start 0% interest Loan . If our kokan bank do this so many muslims will be safe from the sin they are doing by paying interest to the banks because as we all muslim bothers and sisters know taking loan ( money) on interest is haram and even giving Loan(money )on interest is haram , I am not saying it's mentioned in Quran, so please help people by giving Loan interest free.
