It is sad though that some people deny that the Armenian Genocide even happened. If I ever become a King I will conquer all of Turkey secure it’s borders and give a huge portion to the Armenian people and I will claim Constantinople for myself and build a new city.
I grew up listening an LP by French singer Lionel Rocheman and have always loved this song. This is the first version for choir that I have heard (I even ignroed there were surch versions) but I must admit the result is flawless AND very moving. Hats off to the choir director (and to the young singers of course) !

I've just listened to 6 versions of this song- this is the one which had me tearing up in the first few seconds! I've known it (in English) since I was 8, now I feel I just heard it for the first time.
