- REGINA BLU is a 5* hotel (1st line) located near city Vlorë, on the Adriatic sea.
Many suites are renewed, but the infrastructure near by is almost missing. You have to have a car or take All Inclusive no to get starved. There are some nice restaurants near the hotel though.
