Not sure how realistic GTA is on this one, but keeping the engine revved up so that the pressure within the exhaust will prevent flooding of the engine is actually a thing commonly used with tanks and several civilian off-road vehicles . The Leopard 2 can get through 4m deep water by sticking a long tube on top of it and feeding the engine fresh air from the inside of the vehicle.
GTA ain’t that realistic, you can put a snorkel on certain vehicles and they’ll flood at the same depth as if it weren’t there. Have you seen the WW2-ish versions that are just a big piece of pipe? If your tank can’t snorkel, you’re gonna have a bad time. See Russia and Ukraine’s need to build bridges under fire because those tanks weren’t maintained well enough to use the ones that were designed for them. Germany’s leopards are also shittily maintained, so we’ll see if they can do that. Would be a bit of a game changer, though probably not as much as it would seem. Still gotta get infantry across with the armor so it doesn’t get insta-pen’d on the other bank.
The pee car had a snorkel, and I feel it should have gotten further.
This is something I was thinking too. I remember riding my motorbike through a flooded road so deep that it submerged the entire bike and it didn't flood the engine. Granted it was only fully submerged for about 10 seconds, but it came out perfectly fine. It wasn't a scrambler bike either, it was a low-rider.

@@froheschwanz I dont know how you went off on that tangent but GTA does indeed include somewhat realistic flooding mechanics. When you stop your car in water, you do increase the likelihood of flooding your engine in GTA.

Tbh, and this is probably an unpopular opinion, but I started getting a little bored with them awhile ago. I still watch cause I love and support Gray, but yea, I mean there's an amount of entertainment for me still too but I wish he would go back into playing indie games like house flipper and beamng or universim and like actually dive into those games the way he used to and combine it with his humor now.
@@zparkyy1800 I'd say I'm more burned out of the game than him, and maybe that's what you mean too. His content's quality I just can only handle so much GTA anymore.

That is what kept annoying me...he kept stopping to look at how deep he was...not very bright

Gray never fails to entertain me with gta he suffers long enough for just all of us and one video. Alex makes them so hard yet somehow beatable.

Hey Alex... I know you can read this... I've been experimenting with torturous races of my own for my best friends... may I suggest some wall rides 80% submerged in the sea. Makes for unpredictable pain....😁
Gray a word of advice next time you get one of these boards - Don't stop the cars thats whats causing them to cut out in the water keep driving thats the hint

This is gonna be good. And it's with Alex. Gray seems to be kinda bad with water and vehicles. Gray....you should know better than to cheat the boards when it's Alex making the board. He literally keeps getting hit by that one windmill. I love how you can see all of the bikes that failed. I had a feeling that the bike was gonna win. It can't really stall out. The fact that you lost like 4 cars to the divers but managed to get past with the first few cars is kinda sad. Gray...you fair just fine with IQ and patient test.
Darth Alex goes beyond what I've ever considered possible for this game. GTA has a limited number of items and ways to use them and the game physics, but as this madman has shown us not only can these things be combined in incredible ways, reality itself is no longer beyond his reach.
Alex would be the emperor and Danny would be Darth Vader

Just watching all these GTA videos put a smile on my face and they encouraged me to finish my playthrough that I started years before.
Can we just acknowledge that Gray did ALL of that, on the final board, **without** calling Alex? He gaslights himself saying he doesn't have patience or IQ, but Gray definitely has the patience and definitely has the IQ. :D

That car stacking puzzle was elaborate
Fun fact, in GTA the exhaust of vehicles (unmodded) are what determines if the vehicle floods out. If they are flagged as in water you stall after a set time.

7:37 This is THE bike that should make it. If you are cautious about flooding, then you should know if your air intake on the vehicle is slurping water. If you are close on drowning it, pedal to the metal, don't stop like Gray did every F time... On this bike it's those 3 holes at the top, which some tuned muscle cars have. The logic in this game sometimes...

I'll keep asking for (specially) Alex and Danny, or even Nick, or other level creators, to look at Gray's playlist of both "the Sims 4" and "Species". the way GTA5 handles vehicles stalling is where the exhaust is placed on the vehicle not the engine, so a semi would be able to go around 10 feet deep and still work fine

I surprised in the 3rd leg, Gray didn’t figure out right away that the big vehicle needed to carry the faster one for the 2nd part of the 3rd leg. But man, as always, very entertaining !!
Gray, it’s not “3 wheel vehicle.” It’s Trike or Tricycle, and the dangerous ones has two rear wheels and one front wheel, chick was dangerous in higher torque situations when you’d try to turn with much more power than grip, but that’s what made them fun. They’re outlawed now. Starting to doubt if you’re really even Floridian.
