there were multiple possible choices to beat multiple of these stages, for example, i Guarantee you that the opressor can make the first jump really easily (me and my mates were once bored and tested how many boosts from maze bank to the top of chilliad, our perfect run took 4 boosts, required us to take perfect use of the glide, but as soon as you can semi effectively use the glide you can jump the lake you had to from the ground straight across in 1 boost consistently
I'm pretty sure the Toreador could have made it too by hopping out of the water, but I'm not sure if that would have counted or if it would have been considered cheating.

If you lean your bike back then you can glide, combined with the Mk1 I can get it to glide from Chiliad to the docks and past that
