My budget was 1.6L (got free keyboard and mouse combo along with a free windows copy as there was an offer). Riyaz was very open and told me that I can go ahead and check with other vendors as well but they way he treated me and my friend was exceptional and I checked with the other vendor as well and Krytronix gave me a better price along with a better service. Coming to the payment, I was asking Riyaz to take the full payment of 1.6L for the PC but he was very patient and told me to wait till the PC is assembled then the payment can be collected. You can go ahead and trust them. Krytronix is a brand and whenever a person is trying to create a brand their main focus is customer satisfaction because if you cheat the customer then it hurts your brand image and you cannot sustain in the long run and we all know negative news travels faster than the good news. A person trying to create a brand will never cheat on the customer as they don't sustain in the long run and Krytronix is here for a long time, I sense that by going to the store and talking to Riyaz. People have a good experience but they never share it but they tell it to the world if they go through a bad one so this is just me giving a small effort here to help them get recognised as one of the best system integrators in Nehru Place.
