God Is Our Defense

Our nation is under attack by formidable enemies, but God is our best national defense. When a nation exalts God and heeds His Word, its people can say with certainty, "God is our defense," and be shielded by the Almighty's guidance. Christians of this nation are inspired and empowered by God not only to pray, but to fortify and defend America.
He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God. Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. - Psalm 62:6-8 (NKJV)
