Fantastic Paul. You did it again. Actually, my problem has been the reverse of yours; my high beam switch works , but when I pull for the temporary high beam ; that isn’t working. I’ll take a look at your video on how to remove steering wheel after all the rain stops. Thanks for the video. You’ve saved me $$$ from watching your videos. Thanks !
My right turn lever activation doesn't want to latch.I took it apart and with a triangler file I file three strokes where it supposed to latch on the white plastic mechanism,it works now perfectly.
Thanks for this. I was hoping you would of had the disassembly to the connector included in this video 😞. I had the failed flash to pass feature. I had watched several wheel removals and the components, but when I got the part ($200 USD new) and saw that long connector wire through the column I got too intimidated to DIY it. Hope you are well (?) and thanks again for all you do.
Doing much better and getting stronger thank you and hope you are weel! I have more info on the removal of the complete steering wheel on my other video about installing paddle shifters
@@CrossfireRepairsByPaul so glad you’re feeling better! I saw the paddle shifter vid. I was lost on mine how that connector cable is disconnected and fed in and out of the column. Similar “Mercedes’” video show that part as a module at the steering wheel, plug and play at the wheel, like the air bag. Thinking of you as you recover.
Hello Paul; question about taking out the signal switch. I viewed your paddle installation video, and found how to remove steering wheel ; but my question is , do I remove the clock spring, and is the signal switch right in back of clock spring ? Thanks
Thanks for sharing this video. I have this issue with my 2005 Crossfire. The high beams want turn on and the right signal works periodically. My left signal works fine. Do you have a video showing how to remove the part?
this one is for Crossfires, MB SLK 320 and SLK 32AMG as well as a few other MB models and they pretty much work on the same principles with a few differences in hardware used
I’m not having this issue on my 05 SRT Convertible yet, but very grateful for you taking the time to show us this. Good to know for the future.

yes Mike, you will need to remove the clock spring as the multi swatch is behind it
Thank you Paul. That was great!
