For support HTR Vs Luna is pretty much the same as HoS vs HoRb. if you lack many things and have full geared HTR Luna is a low priority. She makes lightning teams 15-20% better

Luna isn’t an amazing support choice other than for Aponia right now due to rather clunky rotation starter.

​@@callmereithat was before v3a. Now her attacks are fast enough to start rotations. She's a 15-20% upgrade to lightning teams compared to HTR now. Just like HoRb compared to HoS. Literally another seele lol
